The space The main house consists of three 3 completely independent apartments for guests and an totally independent apartment for the owner (who lives discreetly there). All renovated - 5 new bathrooms, 3 kitchens fully equipped. • one on the first floor, 110 m², with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. -plus 120 m² furnished veranda. Accommodates comfortably 8 guests. Minimum charge 7 people. • the second is on the ground level, 65 m², with two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. Accommodates comfortably 5 people. minimum charge 4 people. • the third apartment is also on the ground floor, 60 m², with kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms. Accommodates 7 people comfortably. Minimum charge 4 people. PRICES depend on: -the number of guests 37 € each -the number of apartments -the season. DISCOUNT only during the low season. DISCOUNT for groups larger than 16 people, depending on the extra people over 16. There is a charge per person for more than 16 people with a significant discount. The house is 130 meters from the beach, in a private fenced olive garden. In the farm of 12.000 m² there are olive trees, some of them centuries old, fruit trees, herbs, plants, flowers and maybe vegetables. WIFI is available through a portable router with MOBILE telephony signal. It can simultaneously serve many devices with max dats about 10 gb per day. After consultation the limit can be extended. WATER: Water Is Drinkable and enough but also limited and precious. We use it with consideration. BEACH At the beach at least three 3 canoes-kayaks are available, 15 beach chairs, armchairs, tables, some snorkeling accessories, Life jackets, plastic toys and more. ALL FREE of charge. Our private area adjoins the public beach for 100 meters.. FOOD:: There are mini markets in Achilio Αχίλλειο (10 km), Glifa Γλύφα (7 km) and Pteleos (15 km). There are bigger SUPERMARKETS in Almiros (40 km) and Stilida (40 km). There are street markets with fresh produce in Pteleos (Wednesdays) and Almiros (Fridays). FISHERMAN may come daily from home with fresh fish. In the area there are excellent local meats, especially in the village of Agioi Theodori, but there are no local fruits and vegetables.
