DELFT; Nice room near the TU and citycentre

A nice 1-personsroom on the 2nd floor, well situated! It's in a quiet neighboorhood, just outside the citycenter (Beestenmarkt 10 minutes walk) and near the TU (12 minutes walk). Good place to stay, especially when you come for a conference at the TU (12 minute walk) or to enjoy Delft . It's a 15 min walk from the trainstation, a 5 minutes from the highway., freeparking 7 minutes walk. If you want to stay longer than 10 days please contact me. Touristtax 4,50 euro a night must be paid in cash. The space It's a house just outside the center (7 minute walk). In total 2 upperfloors you reach by the famous Dutch stairs. This room is at the upperfloor. If you want to stay longer than 10 days contact me, maybe I can do you a special offer. Please let's be very economical with gass, electricity and water (Goverment ask us to take a daily shower of not more than 5 minutes) Guest access - you share the bathroom with other guest(s) - I've a washingmachingmachine and dryer in a special area. You pay 4 euro for a wash (which I wanna do; bad experiences) - by longer stay i can supply you clean bedding and towel on the thuesday and will wash it for you (4 euro) - the use of the kitchen only in good consultation with other guests and me. - livingroom is my private place - sorry no visitors in the room During your stay I'am willing to help you as much as I can. I 'll do my very best you make you feel at home and let's both make it a wonderful stay! It's important to make good appointments with the other guests about the use of bathroom and kitchen. When i'am not there you can always contact me on what's app. Other things to note I can be out. There's a keybox to collect the key (if needed) We've contact through what's app when I'am out.
