Room in a cosy cottage with a modern feel

Single room in an end of terrace cottage with shared (with host) bathroom & kitchen. Wifi, road parking very close by. Picturesque village with pub, tennis court, swimming pool and cricket green. beautiful walks I have a Labrador, she does not go upstairs, will greet non smoking household although guests are welcome to smoke in the garden conveniently located for trains (Flitwick, Milton Keynes) close to the M1 and A1 with local shops in nearby villages. Very close to the village of Woburn During your stay If I am home happy to chat and interact or leave you be if you’d prefer. I work from home most of the time Happy to be contact by phone, what’s app or text with any questions I go to bed quite early and rise early but guests will have thier own key and come and go as they wish, I would kindly ask that noise (tv/music etc) be kept to a minimum after 10pm
