Newly built spacious house with sea view in Dalarö

Our house was built in 2018. The main building is 166 m2 and the guesthouse is 26 m2. It is a light and airy house with wooden floor and with two sun decks. It's located in Dalarö village, close to both the harbour and beach, a 5 min walk to the supermarket, cafés and restaurants. The space Main house On the ground floor, there is an open and spacious combined kitchen and living room (50 m2), facing the sea, with a 30 m2 sun deck just outside. In addition there are two bedrooms, one bathroom (with shower) and one laundry room on the ground floor. On the second floor there is the master bedroom, two single rooms, one WC and a lounge with TV and sofa (sofa bed). Guest house The guest house has 3 rooms: one bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom (with shower) and a living room with a sofa bed, pentry and TV. The guest house has a sundeck with a broiler.
