The cottage accommodates 4 to 6 people maximum from May to September. On the ground floor, an integrated and equipped kitchen (vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker) is open to a living room equipped with a large sofa with television area (Large TV, DVD library, DVD player, internet access by cable and Wifi) and a wood stove. A small bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink column, washing machine, and hairdryer is completed by separate toilets and a small laundry area (ironing board, iron, laundry basket, towel dryer, necessary for cleaning). Upstairs, a relaxation and reading area with a small library, board games and sofa bed (extra bed for 2 people) gives access to two private terraces with garden furniture and at the back of the house a pergola and a barbecue. A 12 m2 bedroom equipped with a double bed (140X190) with wardrobe, chair, and chest of drawers, carpet, bedside tables with lamp and mirror. A 15m2 bedroom equipped with two 90X190 beds with wardrobe, chair, carpet, two bedside tables with lamps and fan. The property is ideally located facing south, in a quiet area in a hamlet far from the main traffic but close to all the amenities of the village of Montcuq 2.7kms accessible on foot, by bike or by car. 8 km from the medieval city of Lauzerte, the road to St Jacques de Compostela, and numerous hikes in Quercy Blanc, the property from east to west is ideal for touring the Lot or Tarn departments. Lake St Sernin 2.7 km away is accessible by bike or car. Supervised swimming, playground, and catering available. The property has a courtyard providing secure and free parking for 1 to 2 vehicles with a video protection system for property.
