My beautiful house is situated at the quiet end of the village of Eresós 4 kilometers from the most beautiful beach on the Island in Skala Eressos. The village has a cozy square 5 minutes by foot from the house with shops and restaurants. The seaside has plenty more with both bars and tavernas in a very relaxed laidback enviroment. The house is very private with a beautiful view over the valley. The house is set in peaceful surroundings off the beaten path on the outskirts of the legendary and traditional village of Eresós with small shops and cozy taverns. From the house there is a spectacular view down over a lush valley and the sea. At the foot of the valley, just 4 kilometers down the straight road, lies one of Greece's most beautiful beaches with laidback cafes and restaurants with their noses in the water crust. The house is a newly restored stone house with white additions of 120 m2 spread over two bedrooms, each with a large delicious eco double bed, a bathroom, laundry with extra toilet, outdoor shower and large dining kitchen/living room. The whole house has magnificent views OF the mountains and valley that ends IN the ocean. The 30-square-foot rooftop terrace offers views as far as the eye can see, and on clear days Chios towers to the horizon. On the terrace in front of the kitchen there is the possibility of stargazing when the night falls. The house has many private nooks and crannies so you can easily get a different nook in the shade in the afternoon. The house is intended for adults without children and pets who would like to enjoy aesthetic surroundings in a house that has been discerning about the details. It is recommended to rent a car, but otherwise you can walk or hitchhike. You can connect to wi-fi via your phone. It is possible to bring your own music on your iPhone or iPad that can be connected to the house's Phillips stereo and TV to watch selected DVD movies, either brought along, or those in the house.
