Tall windows & further seating make the kitchen a social area with a filtered chilled / boiling tap for easy drinks! Stairs lead to another room with a Smart TV, beanbags & two double sofa-beds. The bathroom has a great shower, WC & basin wash-stand. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, dressing table & plenty of storage. Please note that access from the main bedroom to the bathroom is through the sofa-bed area; making the 2nd bedroom most suitable for families. All 6 Velux windows upstairs benefit from integrated black-out blinds & the whole property enjoys thermostatically controlled underfloor heating. Guest access Guests have access into the courtyard via a key pad and a secure key box, allowing easy and flexible arrival /exit into the accommodation. The hosts have two friendly dogs.
