Beautiful B&B in rural East Sussex

Room For Two is a stable block which has been converted into a luxurious open plan living and bedroom space with en-suite bathroom. Separated by the garden from the main house, you will have complete privacy on both of your private terraces. The B&B has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The space The large spacious open plan room is beautifully decorated, with a king size double bed (these can be separated to make twin beds), comfortable chairs and a round table. The contemporary marble bathroom has a bath, shower and heated towel rail. Slippers are provided, along with a hairdryer, and a selection of soaps and toiletries. Wi-fi internet is available and TV with Freeview and BBC iplayer. There is also a dedicated USB socket for charging laptops, phones, cameras etc. On the sideboard in the living space there is a kettle and toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker. The contents of the well stocked fridge (see below), tea and Coffee pods are provided for breakfast. For the cooked breakfast, we use local fresh eggs, and other locally sourced ingredients. We request that this is ordered the night before. Fridge stocked with: Milk Yoghurt Butter Preserves Not refrigerated: Fresh bread Cereals Muesli Fresh seasonal fruit Guest access The stable is situated at the end of the drive, across a gravel courtyard, where you can sit out for breakfast enjoying the morning sunshine and lovely views. From the room step out through the patio doors onto the terrace, which gets the evening sunshine. Guests are welcome to walk in the wild flower garden and out into the fields.
