The house has 2 rooms, a mezzanine with a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the ground floor, the second on the first floor with a large bathtub, a toilet and a bidet. There are two terraces, one with a dining area equipped with a table and a lounge set with a sun umbrella, the other with direct access to the garden. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The house has free WiFi, terrestrial TV and Netflix.
