Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge. Parking is $7.00 per stay for 1st car and $10.00 per stay for second car. If you would like to stay less than 7 night, please message me as I am flexible. Other things to note TG Vacation Rentals, Rental Agreement If the description is titled “Ocean Front,” “Ocean View,” “Mountain View,” or “City View,” then you will have this view guaranteed. If no view is listed in the title, your condo view will be determined at check-in. We will change the reservation to the renters’ names and information. To accomplish this, we will require the renters' home address and email. Some confirmations are sent via email, while others are provided with a message on the rental platform from which they rented with the reservation number. If a name change is required after a confirmation email is sent, there may be a cost of up to $100.00. The resort and company charge this, and the renter is responsible for it. Only the name on the reservation can check into the resort. Only one name can be applied to the reservation. Please ensure this is the person checking in to the resort. The Resort will assign the condo building, floor, and number at check-in time. In rare events, the resort may move the condo to another condo with the same size and view but a different layout due to unforeseen circumstances like maintenance issues. Please call the resort if you plan on arriving after 6 pm. Some resorts are not 24 hours, and you need to ensure your name is on an after-hours check-in list for security. By booking you acknowledge this agreement. 1. Tenant agrees to pay all reservation fees TGVR has advertised for the rental condo for the dates selected and location agreed upon. 2. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the premises only carefully and lawfully. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready-to-rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct the costs of said services from the security deposit before refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. 3. The Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner 4. The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear. 5. The Tenants shall not sublet the property. 6. The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. 7. The Tenants and Tenants Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless TGVR and any of its employees against any claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants and that Tenants should purchase their insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. 8. Tenants agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney fees, and expenses that shall be made or incurred by the Landlord enforcing this agreement. 9. Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, short term rental, 1 week stay at the most, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household. 10. There may occasionally be power outages, plumbing, heating or air issues that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. 11. There shall be no refunds of rent due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. 12. There shall be no refunds of rent because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies, COVID-19 closures limited hours of operations, or other commitments. 13. It is the tenant's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around water, animals, machinery, and other potentially hazardous elements. 14. Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 15. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. 16. Tennant is advised that there may be no carbon monoxide detector on the property and accepts the risk involved in not having one. We recommend you bring one as you travel. 17. Tenant shall see to their security while on the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc. when it is prudent to do so. 18. Valuable items left behind by the tenant will not be returned. The Landlord shall not be held liable for the condition of said items. 19. Tenant understands that this is a timeshare at a resort and not wholly owned or operated by TGVR or any of its employees or clients. TGVR is advertising a week for rental that has been reserved and confirmed through a client’s membership or ownership through their timeshare company. 20. Tenant understands that the resort will assign the condo number upon check-in and that the floor number, condo number, and condo view may change at the discretion of the resort. No views or condo assignments are guaranteed unless it is in the title of the listing i.e, Ocean Front 2 Bedroom, Ocean View 1 Bedroom Condo. If there is no view listed in the title of the listing then it is a first come first serve at check-in for views. 21. Tenants understand that occasionally there are unforeseen maintenance issues. As such the Tenant understands that the condo assignment may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to; leaks, broken toilets/tubs, broken door locks-window -doors, no heating or air conditioning, etc. The tenant understands that due to availability issues, they may be moved to a lesser condo than originally reserved. This is not common but could occur. 22. Tenant understands that the photos provided are for rental purposes and may not reflect the actual condo being rented. These photos are for a general overview of the property and may contain photos of a condo not being advertised or available. You are guaranteed the Size of condo, number of beds and views in the listing description you reserved. The floors are usually determined at check in. 23. Tenant understands that this is a resort and as such is required to adhere to all policies for that resort. 24. TGVR advises ALL tenants to contact the resort and not TGVR to ensure the sleeping arrangements (Bed sizes and locations) are what they rented. Occasionally the resort may have specific buildings that have different sleeping arrangements than others. TGVR is not responsible for any changes in bed sizes or the number of beds per condo. 25. Tenant understands that all rental reservations and resorts advertised have an age restriction to check in. 21 years old is the minimum age to check in unless stated at 25 years old. It is the responsibility of the renter to inquire about the age restrictions in place and not the responsibility of TGVR or any of its employees or affiliates. 26. By accepting this reservation, you the renter, accept all the items included in this agreement. If you do not agree, you have the right to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the initial date of purchase or prior to the cancelation deadline posted. TGVR RECOMMENDS CONTACTING THE RESORT TO ENSURE YOUR RESERVATION IS IN ORDER. BE SURE TO INQUIRE ON LOCATION, SIZE, DATES, AND VIEWS. INQUIRING ON ANY CLOSURES OR LIMITED HOURS. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN – PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE IN ENSURING YOUR RESERVATION IS CORRECT.
