Steps to beach and park and located in a safe, local, family-friendly neighborhood, close to Haleiwa town. Spacious 12' x 11' Private Disconnected Room in separate 3 bed/2 bath house. Large and clean separate access to private, cozy studio in bottom level of two-story home. I live upstairs but I like to socialize with my guests and be able to provide information or tips for the best experience for them. Access to first level and second level of my home is separate. Room entrance is off of the garden so it is pretty quiet and very breezy due to the lush surroundings. You can hear the birds singing in the morning and the crickets at night time. Guests are able to use common areas in cool, shaded open space such as: picnic table and bench, lounge area. Guests have full privacy in their spacious studio, full bathroom access and mini fridge in room, use of adjacent common areas for cooking, eating, another fridge available to store food and cool drinks. Amenities Included: *Queen size bed with clean linens *a set of bathroom towels and beach towels *Wi-fi *Ceiling fan and A/C *TV and fire stick with access to amazon prime movies and if you have Netflix, it can also be connected to your private account *Limited use of washer and dryer (limited to 1x/week if you stay 5 days or more) *Shampoo, body wash, soap and toilet paper are provided for your convenience *Mini Fridge and Coffee Maker *Use of beach chairs, snorkel gear. (Please ask which ones are available for use.) *bikes can be used for free NOTE: there will be an extra charge if bikes get stolen or damaged, this includes flat tires. Airpump is provided as well to inflate. *Surf & body boarding lessons available by request (fee). I want my guests to feel welcome and enjoy their experience on the North Shore just as much as I enjoy living here. I am always available to chat (in person, via text, message or phone call) to help you with any tips or questions. * My place is a few steps away from the beach, park, family-friendly activities, surf spots, SUP, public transport, hiking spots, and many other activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the outdoor space. *My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (also with kids). *Located in Waialua, home of the Old Sugar Mill, and close to Haleiwa town and world famous north shore beaches (Haleiwa Beach Park, Waimea Bay, Pipeline, Sunset Beach etc.). 15 min drive to Schofield. Experience Hawaii country life and common conveniences all in one spot. Waialua is a residential beach community, just off of Haleiwa town. Still very North Shore living and close to several quiet beaches. We are nearby the world famous Matsumoto's and Haleiwa Beach Park, public busses, SUP rentals and Rainbow Bridge where you can go for a kayak ride or SUP, restaurants, markets, drug store - all within a 10 minute drive. *There is a bus stop steps away from the house. *If you do not want to rent a car, we can offer airport pick up and/or drop off for $80one way. This offer is dependent on our availability, please check with me in advance. *The North Shore is a more peaceful and tranquil paradise away from loud and busy Waikiki for a true local experience. Waikiki is about a 45 min. drive away. Honolulu Airport is about 35-45 minutes away, depending on traffic (rush hour traffic hours apply just as anywhere). *About me: I work full-time. So I am usually gone during the days but are available via phone or message if you need any tips on where to go/what to do. I open my home up to meet new people and share the experience of the North Shore as it should be lived! I work a lot but love to have friends over to barbq whenever I can. If you are around, you are welcome to join us! I am a social person so that I have sometimes friends come by to hang out with me during the evenings or weekends. If so, pls let me know. * Bath and beach towels are provided. *I have a set of snorkeling gear available to use for guests. * we do have one other detached room that we rent *Please also note that there is our puppy Luna on the property who runs freely in the yard when she is outside. Therefore we kindly ask you to be thoughtful of opening and closing our gate to the property to make sure that she is not able to escape. She might follow you around, she is very friendly and playful. Please do not give her any food. As Luna is still a puppy she likes to steal and chew shoes... so please keep your shoes safe in your room.
