My place is 10 min from Syracuse University, Upstate University hospital, Crouse Irving hospital, 5 min from LeMoyne College, 8 min from downtown Syracuse and St. Joeseph's Health hospital, 16 min from Green Lakes State Park... You’ll love my place because of the quaintness, the quiet and the proximity to what Syracuse has to offer. My place is good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, people with animals, and business travelers. The space This private basement apartment is a large studio with a private entrance, queen sized bed, full sized bed, roll-away bed, television, full sized refrigerator, full bathroom, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop. There are 9 steps that a person must use to access the basement. Air conditioning from June 1 till October 1. Guest access Travelers will have access to the large studio, a private entrance, bathroom and laundry room (laundry soap is not provided). Other things to note Please note that this is street parking only (plentiful and free). The driveway is reserved for the people living in the upstairs space.
