Le Moulin en Route is a charming B&B in a watermill with 5 spacious en suite bedrooms and guest accommodations. The B&B is "hidden" on the edge of a small village and is an oasis of greenery. With a beautiful garden and outdoor canopy where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. For the guests there is a living room, kitchen and dining room. The ideal place for rest and relaxation. Perfect as a stopover or base for natural landscapes and the city of Le Mans. Close to the N12 and A28. The space The green room has its own entrance and is located on the first floor where the mill press is located. Next to the bathroom with shower and toilet is the spacious bedroom. There is a double, extra-long box-spring bed that can be pushed apart as desired. The children can sleep wonderfully on the 2:1 person sofa beds that are transformed into a lovely bed. In the kitchen there is a large table where breakfast is prepared for you and - which can be booked - a dinner or BBQ package (it is not possible to BBQ or cook yourself). The entire garden is available to guests. There are seats everywhere by the water, including at the orchard and the Poplar Forest. The mill has a small lake with a lock and waterfall. This attractive watermill is located in a quiet, green area on the edge of the village of Blèves (90 inhabitants). The garden of the Moulin en Route is an oasis of peace and space, rich in beauty and possibilities. You will find an orchard, a covered terrace with bar and outdoor kitchen, a picturesque lake with a babbling brook and a lush garden full of flowers, with countless cozy seating areas. It is a place where you can relax, recharge and be inspired by the serene surroundings. The rural, rolling environment invites you to explore. Picturesque villages such as the artists' village of La Perrière are definitely worth a visit. A little further away is the Alpes Mancelles region: imagine yourself in Switzerland: with impressive rock formations, crystal clear rivers and charming villages. Visit flea markets or the historic city of Le Mans. The extensive lakes and forests are ideal for walking, cycling or canoeing. There are beautiful natural parks in the vicinity. In the guest living room there is good WIFI. In the rest of the house it is not stable. Guest access Everyone always has access to the kitchen/diner. dining room and where I serve breakfast and a 3-course dinner. There is a guest living room available with TV. You can sit on the covered outdoor terrace by the stream until the evening, but it is also nice to enjoy breakfast. There are seats everywhere with a view of the water. Fishing is also possible. During your stay Upon arrival, first time for a delicious welcome drink and to recover from the journey. Then I will show you the mill and guide you to the bedroom. I make breakfast in the morning. In the evening I make a dinner or BBQ and sometimes I eat with the guests. I live in the attic with my dog ​​Loetje. Other things to note Only dogs are allowed, please in consultation and a maximum of 1 dog. The costs for this are 10 euros per day. Dogs not on the couch or bed. Cats are not welcome. Breakfast is €10 pp. 3 course dinner € 27.50 pp. Please pay for food and drinks in cash. There may also be other guests in one of the 2 houses, but there are plenty of seating areas in and around the house so that there is a lot of privacy. Fresh coffee and tea are always freely available during the morning. Beer, wine and soft drinks for sale. It is not allowed to cook or eat or drink in the bedrooms. There is no ATM and checks are not accepted.
