3 well equipped gites with pool & games room

Luxury gites in beautiful, quiet rural surroundings converted in 2018. Spacious with modern facilities. Private terraces each with seating & bbq opening onto large gardens with 10m x 5m in ground pool. On the Loire/Vienne border near Futuroscope, Chateaux, Saumur & Chinon vineyards & historic towns of Poitiers, Tours & Richelieu. The character cottages have historic interest such as stone floors, oak beams, indoor well with safety glass, vaulted ceilings & lime washed walls. The space La Maison du Puits has two first floor bedrooms with wardrobes and one with en suite shower room and extra large bed, bedroom 2 has three single beds. On the ground floor there is a further bedroom with an extra large bed, kitchen/dining room with covered well, spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and television with french/english channels and a bathroom off the main stone staircase. Outside is an attractive terrace with garden furniture and bbq. Le Pressoir has two first floor bedrooms with walk in wardrobes and shower rooms, the master bedroom has an extra large bed and the other is a twin room. Downstairs is a large open plan living space with sitting, dining and kitchen areas. A large table seating 17 people is provided in this gite. Outside is an attractive terrace with garden furniture and bbq. La Vieille Maison has three spacious first floor bedrooms, one with extra large bed and an en suite shower room and the other two bedrooms both have two single beds and share a bathroom. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and a large sitting room with comfortable sofas and a television with french/english channels. Outside is an attractive terrace with garden furniture and bbq. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the cost of this rental. Guest access All space within the gites are available to guests, each gite has it's own lockable front door and the gite is for the sole use of the renter. We have a communal games room with pool table, football table, darts board, dressing up, children's toys etc. There are also communal gardens with swimming pool and undercover parking available to all guests. We have two large tables and chairs for 17 guests one outside and undercover with the other inside Le Pressoir. Other things to note Collectively all three gites sleep a maximum of 17 people. In off peak periods, it is possible to book less accommodation if required, the gites can be reserved singularly, in pairs or all three. Owner's prior approval required for visitors.
