Renovated in 2018, they combine historic character with modern comfort in peaceful rural surroundings on the Loire–Vienne border, close to Futuroscope, the Loire châteaux, Saumur and Chinon vineyards, and the historic towns of Poitiers and Tours. The space La Maison du Puits - Sleeps 7 Upstairs are two bedrooms: a master with an extra-large bed and en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with three single beds. Downstairs is a third bedroom with an extra-large bed, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room featuring the original covered well, a spacious living room with comfortable seating and French/English TV, plus a family bathroom. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Le Pressoir - Sleeps 4 Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms. The master has an extra-large bed, while the second bedroom is a twin. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. This cottage also features the large dining table that seats all 17 guests when the cottages are booked together. Outside is a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. La Vieille Maison - Sleeps 6 Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms: a master with an extra-large bed and en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and a large living room with comfortable sofas and French/English TV. Outside is a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. All bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of all three gîtes, each with its own private entrance and lockable front door. You'll also have exclusive use of the gardens, swimming pool and outdoor areas. The games room includes a pool table, table football, darts, children's toys and dressing-up clothes. Covered parking is available for all guests. Two large dining areas allow everyone to eat together—one indoors in Le Pressoir and one outside under cover, each seating up to 17 guests. Other things to note The three gîtes together accommodate up to 17 guests. Outside the peak season, subject to availability, the cottages can also be booked individually or in pairs. Please note that any visitors during your stay must be approved by the owners in advance.
