Just 15 minutes by car (dirt road) from the port of Korissia, our house awaits you to spend unforgettable moments. New and fully equipped for all your needs. Overlooking the sea and a breathtaking sunset that will delight you. The ideal starting point to get to know the historic island of Kea. The space The decoration of the house is minimal, modern and inspired by the Cycladic tradition. Absolutely functional and beautiful. Most of the furniture as well as the decorative elements are handmade or processed by ourselves. Everything has been done with love and respect. On the huge balcony you will find sun loungers, a dining area for dining and a small sofa so you can enjoy the wonderful sea view, the blue sky, the unique sunset and the starry sky at night. Our house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles that can become a large double), a toilet, an equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room. Three sofa beds as well as the possibility for another folding bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Large terrace and backyard. The entrance to the property is either from the entrance that descends to the parking lot or from the stairs. Guest access Guests have access to all areas inside and outside the house. Other things to note -The road from the port to the house is a dirt road. We recommend a 4x4, but this is not required. We ourselves drive a simple car. - The private parking is exclusively for guests and has a capacity of two cars. Its entrance is downhill with a steep slope. Guests who do not wish to use the parking lot can leave their car at the corner of the street where there is plenty of space and it is 25 meters from the entrance of the property. - We offer fresh linen and towels every week. - Guests are required to provide us with some information regarding the tax services of Greece so that we can be legal and provide our services.
