Welcome to a brand new guest house with a large terrace in southern Bohuslän. The space The guest house of 64 sqm consists of kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer and a bedroom with double bed. A loft of about 20 sqm is accessed via a narrow staircase. The furniture in the loft is a double bed that can be converted into two single beds and a sofa bed for two. Child gate is only downstairs in the stairs, small children should therefore stay downstairs. Travel bed for a child is available for a maximum weight of max. 15 kg. It is NOT allowed to charge an electric car from the property's electricity grid. Guest access The guest house, the terrace and the adjoining parking lot may be used during the stay. Other things to note Choose a convenient option: Bed linen and towels for a fee of SEK 150/set (Put them on the floor in the bathroom before departure) Cleaning for a fee of SEK 1,500 Please let us know before arrival if you choose one or both options.
