Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views. The space Beautiful views of York Harbor and Isles of Shoals. The property boasts a front yard with whimsical gardens where there is always something in bloom. Short walk to beaches and local restaurants. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with a full kitchen, cable tv, and dining nook. There is a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms for those that need to work while visiting. Guest access Access to grill and front yard and gardens.
