We've poured our hearts into our newly remodeled, modern boho design to give you all the cozy comforts of home combined with the elegance of a boutique hotel. The main living space is designed for relaxing and connecting. It features a 4K Smart TV, a dining table perfect for board games or remote work, and a remarkably comfy single sleeper sofa that's great for kids. Down the hall, your private bedroom awaits with a comfortable queen-size bed and its own HD Smart TV. We want you to feel completely at ease, so the kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size range, oven, and all the cookware you might need. We know travel can be tiring, so we’ve stocked a Keurig with coffee and creamer, plus a basket of complimentary snacks and beverages. Enjoy a treat on us—we just ask that you consume reasonably so we can keep the goodies flowing for future guests! After a day out in Republic, freshen up in the full bathroom and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. You can wind down on your private balcony overlooking the courtyard, or let the little ones play safely in the fully fenced backyard. The fun really begins in our shared entertainment building, easily accessible with your loft door code. Treat yourself to a movie in the full home theater or challenge your family in the arcade! You also have access to our basketball court until midnight, though we kindly ask you to keep noise down after dark for our neighbors. (Note: Our family occasionally uses the entertainment building, and kids under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult. For your peace of mind, this space also contains a storm shelter). Please note that our pool is currently closed for the season. As for our house rules, we simply ask that you treat the loft like your own home and let us know right away if any accidental damage occurs. Because of severe family allergies, we absolutely cannot host pets. Finally, we are located near a busy train line; while you might hear the trains roll by, most of our guests tell us it quickly becomes background noise and they barely notice it at all! Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the Loft, the courtyard, the backyard with its basketball court, and the shared entertainment space (as well as the pool, when in season!). To find the arcade and theater, simply follow the walking path toward the backyard—it will be the standalone building on your left, and your Loft door code will get you right in. If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you only do so on the Loft porch to help us keep the rest of the property comfortable for everyone. When you arrive, you'll find dedicated parking for up to two vehicles. Just make sure to pull in directly behind the "Loft Guest Parking" sign, and you'll be all set to start your vacation! Other things to note As a military family ourselves, we are honored to offer a 10% discount to all active-duty service members and veterans. Just send us a quick message after booking with your service status, and we’ll apply the discount. Thank you for your service! Our standard nightly rates are for personal stays only. If you're interested in using the Loft for commercial purposes, like professional photography, please reach out beforehand for approval and rates. Please note that unapproved commercial use or bringing unlisted guests may result in fees of up to $250. You won't find a stressful checkout list here! We keep our cleaning fee very small and simply ask that you treat the space with respect. All we ask is that you return items to their original spots, make sure trash is in the bins, and let us know right away if any accidental damage occurs. To keep the Loft fresh and comfortable for everyone, smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited indoors. Any indoor use of tobacco or cannabis will result in a cleaning fee of up to $500.
