The house has a long shape that's why we call it Tholihi, which is an Ancient Greek word with the same meaning. The neighboring area is called Vrahos meaning Rock and it offers us a splendid view overlooking the bay of Argostoli. The coast of Ligia is 5 min away if you follow the pathway and just 3 min driving. The coast of Limioni is 15 min away on foot and 5 min driving. On the front there is a big stone paved yard, two gardens and the parking area. The neighboor is rather quite. The space The apartment is 50sqm. with a separate bedroom, double bed and a big closet. There are two A/C units, one at the living room and the other at the bedroom. A separate bathroom and a big kitchen with all the facilities, refrigerator, electric stove, washing machine. The dinning table is infront of two big glass windows. At the same room there are two sofas that you can unfold and use as beds. At the front yard, outside the glass windows there is a wooden table with chairs. Other things to note My suggestion is to use a vehicle, yours or rented, cause the island of Cephalonia is quite big, almost 100 km from North to South. This way, you will be able to visit all the wonderful places any time, avoiding any higher cost.
