SUN-CATCHER MEANS: The guest room has a large glass front facing south with which I can capture a lot of sunlight and save energy = gas, especially in autumn & spring! WILL YOU HELP ME PROTECT THE CLIMATE? The space Sun-Catcher - chic room in a fantastic location The chic room with its large glazed south side and nice view - also of our local mountain, the Wasserberg, is - depending on your taste, perhaps the most beautiful room in the house - also because it has a small gallery and is open up to the roof. My house is an extreme low-energy house (not a passive house) and has a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery. The window ventilation is thus eliminated in the heating period - the ventilation system does this almost perfectly (depending on the weather from approx. September/October to approx. April/May = depending on the hours of sunshine & outside temperature [I determine this with a lot of experience & intuition] FAILURE TO DO SO would result in a lot of cold air being sucked into the house => WHICH would result in extremely increased heating costs AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE TOLERATED!! A special regulation can ONLY be permitted in exceptional cases AND only by prior arrangement - AND ONLY with consistent implementation of my specifications - such as short bursts of ventilation with permanently closed room doors. >>> certain outside temperatures provided (measured in the shade & NOT on the south facade!) If you doubt the effects, you can sit barefoot in the stairwell downstairs - while I open the window in the guest room in the morning... With me, my guests get the following special extra - if they wish. I have installed a special water treatment that is extraordinary = "Evolution-Ghi water activator" All the water in the house is refined - is again very lively >>> like the famous "Lourdes water" = "miracle water" => the crystals of the water are completely restored ^^ !! ^^ This water now comes from ALL taps - even from the shower!!! ... and it is a very lively water ... It is "refined" without electricity & chemistry etc. - "only" by 5 different types of turbulence (turbulence technologies) and 15 sophisticated flow principles! >>> Subtle mode of action <<< THAT MEANS: it is now no longer just 'dead' tap water but almost perfectly revived with - complete crystal structure! => like water from a very good natural source. >> I don't drink anything else - I don't need to buy ANY more drinks << Guest access I have a very open design: my kitchen and the living room-dining room area is completely open, so the use of this area should always be done with respect and consideration. The living room is my private area - I sometimes allow I sometimes allow particularly attentive guests ... Since I am a vegetarian and my ground floor has "smelled" terribly of oil and meat sizzling several times, also due to the very open design, I ask you to refrain from treating me to this "pleasure" ^^ The small but nice guest bathroom on the ground floor provides a sink, shower, toilet and urinal for my guests. On request, a confectioner can be used, which heats the room very quickly and cozy, since the radiator (especially in the transitional period) does not really get warm. I ask you to observe quiet hours from 11:30 pm to 6:30 am. (which also means that NOTHING is cooked in the kitchen from 10:30 pm - thank you for your understanding) During your stay I am currently at home a lot during the day. If my guests want to talk to me or have questions - go ahead... I am happy to answer your questions and am also available for tips. If you are looking for peace and quiet - if you want to be alone, I will of course respect this as well. Other things to note For health reasons, Wi-Fi is ** always automatically switched off at night - from 11:30 pm to 6:30 am. ** What many people do not know: Wi-Fi, just like cell phone radiation or 4G/5G, is not good for your health. Some people even have major health problems with it - others can "only" sleep poorly. For special reasons, however, an individual arrangement can also be made in individual cases. >>> Alternatively, there is a short LAN cable with a standard RJ45 plug at the desk!! e.g. for laptop & important 24h access
