Use Sagard as a base for your hikes, bike tours or bathing days, and visit the nearby sand and gravel beaches in the immediate vicinity. Visit one of the oldest churches on Rügen and learn how Sagard became the first spa town. Take a wonderful hike to the Königsstuhl in Jasmund National Park or visit the old chalk quarry and the chalk museum in Neddesitz. Here you will also find the famous Jasmund spa, where you can relax on rainy days or in winter with swimming and sauna. The climbing park in Prora and the treetop trail are very nice. If you like to ride, you can do it wonderfully here. Recommendations are available in the house (hiking on Rügen). Due to its generally very convenient location, you can easily explore the most famous places on the island by car, bus, train or bicycle. On site you will find plenty of shopping, doctors, pharmacies and restaurants. Behind the house you have the opportunity to use the terrace and enjoy the evening sun while your children play in the garden.
