In room 2, guests will find: sheets and towels (medium size 100 x 50), 1 x single bed and 1 x pull-out bed for 2 people. The full bathroom is modernly furnished. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen is at the disposal of the guests. The kitchen has: dining table, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and dishes. Actually, everything to make you feel at home. The apartment is in a quiet, yet central location. A spacious balcony invites you to chill out on mild evenings. Babies and children are welcome! The apartment is normally furnished, i.e. the facility does not meet the requirements and regulations for accommodating babies and children. It is expressly requested to make a prior arrangement as to whether babies and toddlers under 2 years of age are allowed to stay in the apartment. An overnight fee is also charged for toddlers under 2 years of age. The whole apartment is at the guest's disposal for exclusive use. FREE PARKING IN THE AREA: In front of the house, on the opposite street, there is a large and free parking space, otherwise everywhere in the area. TOURIST TAX: Since the city of Hamburg levies a tourist tax (City Tax) for all guests (since 2023 also for professional reasons), an amount between € 2 and € 3 per guest/night is incurred here, which must be paid in cash on site.
