This is Bed & Breakfast accommodation only, (not the whole empty property)in our outstanding barn conversion. You have your own private bathroom, and separate downstairs bathroom too. There is an outstanding hot spa tub available (extra charge) which is private. Conveniently a few minutes drive from the nearby centres of Keighley and Steeton. Haworth is 10 minutes drive away. Positioned in an idyllic rural location, Skipton, Ilkley, are approximately 20 mins drive, The Dales approx 25 min. The space This is Bed and Breakfast accommodation. This is a barn conversion which was originally the cow barn. It has been converted to a high specification, but still retaining the barn features, such as stone window cills, oak beams, exposed stone walls, vaulted ceilings. An outstanding barn conversion, with original oak beams. Wi Fi throughout. Free standing bath with waterfall large taps with hand held shower. A separate shower room is available on the ground floor, should a shower be required. Oak flooring to your guest bedroom with original beamed ceiling, and stone window cill and 2 velux roof windows. Access to a separate living room which looks onto garden, with patio doors, beamed ceiling and oak flooring. Smart TV. Central heating throughout. Panoramic views, mature garden, lawn and patio. A hot tub is available at extra cost and weather permitting. Ample parking. Three acre field, which dependant of year is full of sheep. A full English breakfast will be made for you. Guest access Guest have access to your own private bathroom, separate lounge, kitchen area, gardens. During your stay I or husband will be available usually on site during your stay.
