You will be the only one to occupy the villa and the pool will be private for you and your family, you will not have neighbors within the same villa. The Villa has sea views. Villa Florencia is located in a quiet area near the town of Sant Pol de Mar, on a dead end street, so it is a low traffic area and you can park several cars safely in front of the house. You can see the cars from the windows of the house. With good views over the Mediterranean and the mountains, the Florence villa offers a modern distribution of two completely independent floors with large and multiple open terraces and 360º exposure to the sun throughout the day to enjoy them. There are 4 security doors that prevent children from entering the pool terrace. You can access the terrace from the dining room and the bedrooms through large aluminum doors, so the rooms are very bright. The televisions of the house have a satellite dish to play programs from different countries.
