The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house and offers a well-equipped eat-in kitchen (stove with oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, satellite TV), in 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people. Two bedrooms have their own shower and WC, the third room has a bathroom with WC and its own TV, also with satellite connection. Balconies complete the upscale furnishings of the apartment, which covers approx. 100 m². The space We rent out a vacation apartment in our private house and have always attached great importance to cleanliness and hygiene. Guest access Our guests live in a self-contained residential unit to which only they have access. Any unused bedrooms remain free and unused. We like to share the space in the garden with our guests. Other things to note In addition to the offer price, the local tax must be paid in cash on site. The local tax is EUR 2.60/person from 15 years/night and from 12/01/2025 EUR 3.20/person from 15 years/night.
