River’s Lodge - Self Contained in Rural Location

River’s Lodge is a self contained lodge on a working farm, with free secure parking. You are surrounded by beautiful scenic views of the countryside with great walks and cycle routes. The space The functional living/kitchen area includes an extendable dining table with chairs and a sofa-bed providing space for one child. There is a smart TV with Freesat and WiFi is included. The kitchen includes an electric hob, microwave/grill/convection oven, small fridge, kettle and toaster, as well as the essential equipment needed to prepare a meal. The main sleeping area consists of a double bed with all bedding included. There is a lamp and sockets in the sleeping area for added convenience. Luggage can be safely stored under the bed throughout your stay. In the separate bathroom there is a powerful rainfall shower with toilet and basin. Towels and hand wash are provided. The lodge has double glazing and its own combi-boiler with radiators, making it comfortable all year round. Decking at the front of the lodge catches the morning sun, and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast on the table and chairs provided. To the side of the lodge we have provided an area with a BBQ for you to enjoy the lovely summer evenings. We allow one small well behaved dog onsite, you must let us know if you plan to bring your dog prior to arrival. We ask for you not to leave your dog in the lodge on its own. Please note the £10 charge when you book. No Smoking. Other things to note If you have a special occasion coming up please let us know if you would like us to arrange anything for your arrival. I.e. flowers, chocolates, bubbly, helium balloons, banners etc (price dependant on what you would like).
