For less than 1km away you can get access to main services, such as Petrol Station, Post Office, Pharmacy, ATM and minimarkets. Other things to note *** VERY IMPORTANT*** Following the recent ( 13-05-2026) introduction of the municipal tourist tax in Madeira ( Sao Vicente, Ponta Delgada and Boaventura), please be informed that a mandatory fee of €2 per person, per night will apply, up to a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is not included in the reservations that have been booked prior this date and must be paid before check-in, as required by local authorities, reservations made after the date this amount is already included as a Tax in the reservation.
