This small cabin is built upon the spring that provides the main home with water. It is light and airy inside. The cabin has electricity but no bathroom. So it is seasonal , although I can provide a space heater. The bathroom is in the main house. The space Located in the original Spring House the property once boasted a sulpher spring that attracted visitors from throughout New England. The spring was destroyed in a flood but the memories live on Guest access You are welcome to read or watch TV in the living room, use the Kitchen or just hang out
