This small cabin is built upon the spring that provides the main home with water. It is light and airy inside. The cabin has electricity but no bathroom. So it is seasonal , although I can provide a space heater. The bathroom is in the main house. Located in the original Spring House the property once boasted a sulpher spring that attracted visitors from throughout New England.
