Once a dairy farm, Shady Hall Farm now boasts a beautifully converted barn where guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in the stunning countryside. The Milking Parlour can accommodate up to 6 (+1 child or small adult on a pull-out bed) and two dogs. Two of the rooms can be set up as either King or two singles. The Parlour has a private, enclosed garden space (including a hot tub) and boasts a modern interior, large living room with it's own log burner, and a separate kitchen diner. A beautifully renovated barn on a working Farm situated just outside of Sheffield, surrounded by stunning countryside with plenty of walks to choose from and a short drive away from many more in the popular Peak District. The Parlour has a large private fenced garden with stunning views of the valley, a garden table/seating with umbrella, the hot tub sits 6 comfortably and is covered to accommodate the unpredictable British weather! This property's garden adjoins our other property, The Cow Shed. Larger bookings can rent both spaces with access into either garden via a gate between the two; this gives families and large gatherings the freedom to move between gardens (this gate is permanently locked for separate parties) and access to both hot tubs (double bubble!). All rooms are finished with white linen, bath and hand towels are provided, along with bath robes, face cloths, and toiletries. We also provide specific towels for use with the hot tub. The ground floor boasts a large living area with log burner, TV with firestick, and access to the garden via the rear door. The kitchen/diner is bright and airy with a breakfast bar, large dining table and sofa. There is also a downstairs toilet just off the hallway. Upstairs on the first floor there is a shared bathroom including a bath with a shower over. The three bedrooms all have King-size beds (two of which can be split into singles on request) and one of the rooms also has an en-suite with enclosed shower. The pull-out bed is set up in the Master bedroom ONLY for the 7th guest so this is suitable for families with children or for guests who do not mind sharing with one another. We provide tea, coffee, milk and sugar upon arrival so that important brew can be made straight away and all popular grocery delivery companies service the area. Stair gates can be installed on request prior to arrival and we also have a cot; just let us know if you require this before your stay. Access to the property is via a private road and there is parking for 4 cars (we can provide more if required, please let us know before you arrive).
