Entire apartment, located in the 💚 of the city, simple, perfect for short stays located next to the other ad (private apartment 1) The space Semi-independent apartment (access through the main entrance to the house and stairs is shared only with the host), is located on the first floor up stairs (steps) where the kitchen and bathroom are located, then there is the entrance to the rooms and a small balcony 🪴. Guest access We have a washing machine on the terrace where you can wash and dry your clothes. This service must be requested in advance, for the day, time and price, as it can only be accessed with the host. Other things to note It is important for future guests to note that the space is not fully equipped. Parties, visits from friends, alcoholic beverages, narcotics, or any other activity that may disturb a quiet stay are not allowed.
