The interior consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room - kitchen. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second with 2 semi-double beds. It is possible to add a baby crib, as well as 1 folding bed for extra people. The reference point of the house is its spacious balcony, which includes a sofa, table and extra chairs and offers panoramic views of the picturesque natural harbor of Xifias. The house is suitable for people of all ages looking for a quiet environment for their holidays, for families with children, for young couples, retirees, people who want to combine holidays and work, writers and artists looking for relaxation and inspiration. Finally, the house has all the household equipment that the guest may need, filter and espresso coffee makers, kitchen utensils, while olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and filter coffee, Greek and espresso, are also available to meet your basic needs. The physical safety of minor children and infants is the sole responsibility of the parents - visitors. For our part, we have taken care to provide a safe environment inside the house and on the balcony. Guest access Guests have access to all the rooms of the house and the surrounding area, except for the 2 storage spaces located on the ground floor. There are 4 steps to enter from the surrounding area of the house to the balcony and then to the door of the house. The main road leads to Xifias beach at a distance of 100 meters.
