Please note that this is a help yourself cold breakfast. Due to wishing to reduce food wastage, I will check with you prior to arrival what your preference is for breakfast items. If you are staying for a week or longer, please request if you need any items replenished. Otherwise I will assume you are taking care of your needs. Please do ask if you need more! There is an iron and ironing board in the dining area for the sole use of guests Free fibre optic WIFI Hairdryer Soap Shower gel Bookshelf with lots of books for your pleasure. Some can be taken away when you leave (clearly marked) others can be read and please leave when you go, as my personal collection. Maps and information on places to visit Anything else? Please ask - always happy to assist PLEASE READ: I do work from home and often work in London too, so not always around. You will still be able to contact me if any problems. Other family members will usually be around. At Extra Cost - if I am home and on request at least the day before. Hot cooked vegetarian breakfast: It is a rarity that I can offer this, due to my own work pattern and lifestyle. On the occasions that I can offer, by prior arrangement = £4 per breakfast. Laundry There is a launderette a short walk from the house. In the summer months, when drying is easy, I sometimes can offer to do your laundry. £5 per load and an additional £3 if you need it tumble dried. Please give advance notice and leave cash along with the laundry. It will depend on our own work as to whether we are able to offer this service. Kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with freezer box are provided for the sole use of our guests. Guest access There is no guest access to our family home or garden. Thank you :-) Only the person booking may stay in the accommodation and no additional guests or partners are permitted. We are a 10 minutes walk from the newly refurbished Saltdean Lido. An Art Deco building with an outdoor heated swimming pool, a gym, yoga classes, restaurant cafe, library, for you to enjoy.
