Terraced house completely renovated in winter 2022/2023 (the photos have not yet been updated due to the work in progress). It is located on the hill on which the entire village is built, from here you have a wonderful view of the Gulf of Squillace, a view that you also have from the house, from the patio and from the front garden. In the village, there is a swimming pool, a bar, and entertainment for children and adults in summer. A free shuttle to Caminia Beach is available for guests. The space My house is very cozy, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. In the rooms there are two nice closets with plenty of space to store your things. There is a bathroom with a shower, a large room with a living room and TV area, and a dining room. The kitchen is not really a separate room but is part of the living area from which it is divided by a wall that does not reach the ceiling, but delimits the spaces. The sea can be seen from the dining table, from the private garden in front of the house, or from the patio if you want to eat outside in the shade of the tent. Also behind the house there is a small piece of garden that you can enjoy in the morning when you open the shutter as soon as you wake up, the green of the lawn, the houses of the village separated by a hedge and the blue of the sky. If the sun bothers you, there is a tent to shelter you. In the room there is a stereo system that reads CDs but also a key with MP3 or connects directly via Bluetooth to the mobile phone. The TV is modern enough to have an HDMI connection, I usually bring a media player with my children's favorite movies stored. In the bedrooms and in the living area there are air conditioners. Guest access The house is entirely available for guests Other things to note The house has a private parking space, which is very convenient in the summer months when the village is very crowded. The village has a private swimming pool and entertainment for children and adults in the summer months, there is also a bar that provides fresh bread, newspapers and brioches every morning. Also in the summer months, a free shuttle to Caminia beach is available to everyone. The nearest stop to the house is at the corner of the pool, two minutes from the house, and the timetables are displayed there.
