Our villa is located in the heart of Kefalonia Island at Kardakata village, only 17 km. from the island capital of Argostoli. A few minutes away, is Sotiras beach and Agia Kiriaki beach. Just north you will find some of the most iconic attractions on the island, like Myrtos Beach, Assos and Fiskardo. Our 100 sq. m. home is sitting on a 1700 sq m enclosed property, surrounded by fruit trees, pine trees and a beautiful garden. You will be immersed in nature and the serenity this location offers. The space We can accommodate up to 5 guests in our 3-bedroom home which includes a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, and full-size bathroom. Our property includes a plenty of parking, a large courtyard, water well and a vine pergola where you can relax outside to enjoy the privacy and serenity this location offers.
