High-quality pans and pots are at your disposal to conjure up fresh dishes. In the kitchen there is also the washing machine, which can be used. A dishwasher saves water and work and is also part of the kitchen. The integrated refrigerator has a small freezer compartment. Our Siemens coffee machine quickly brews high-quality drinks from coffee to latte to espresso (and much more). The machine is easy to use and is filled with our fair trade Oldenburg coffee made from gently roasted organic beans on arrival. If you like to sit outside, you will enjoy the spacious terrace. Our garden is planted with lavender and many fragrant herbs and is inviting for relaxation. The terrace is equipped for 4 people. A high-quality Napoleon gas grill is available for grilling. Broadband Internet via Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and on the terrace. In the bedroom you can use a Sony 32" smart TV and in the living room kitchen an LG 43" smart TV. The spacious barrier-free bathroom is equipped with a large shower. Here is the heat pump dryer, which can be used if necessary. Linens and towels are provided for four people and can be used immediately. We pay great attention to sustainability, so we use soap and detergent from the company Sodasan. The products are natural and are always refilled in the containers. Thus, unnecessary plastic waste can be avoided. Sleep better The apartment can accommodate up to four people. In the bedroom with a double bed and a mattress from the test winner bett1, you will sleep comfortably and in a back-friendly way. In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa with two more sleeping places. For a quiet sleep, the bedroom and living room are equipped with blackout blinds and can be darkened to 99.9%. In the living and dining area, high-quality pleated blinds ensure sufficient privacy even on the ground floor. If you arrive by car, no problem, a barrier-free parking space is available in the underground parking lot. From there, the elevator can be used. A wallbox can be used for a fee.
