If the neighbor is noisy please message me using the Airbnb app and I'll get them to quiet down. - Duplex is not a good fit for guests with infants - Other side of the duplex may have guests with pets. - No pets allowed on the furniture; a gray Coolaroo Elevated pet bed will be provided and can be found in the garage - No smoking - No large events or parties - Guests responsible for keeping the apartment clean during their stay - No flushing diapers, etc. down the toilets - Netflix, youtube, apps only on the Smart TV; no cable or regular channels available - A basic Pack 'n Play baby crib can be found in the garage - Driveway has a steep drop off and is not good for lowered cars - If your stay includes a Wednesday night, move the outside garbage / recycling bins out onto the street on Wednesday nights.
