Venlo is near German border. There are several festivals in Venlo in different times of the year. The distance to Dusseldorf airport by car is 60 kilometres and by train it takes 1 hour 45 minutes. It is also 50 kilometres away from Duisburg and it takes 35 minutes by car. Koln is just an hour away from Venlo. Roermond Outlet Shopping Center is also 35 minutes from Velno by car. The space The location of the house is 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. You can reach to the nearest bus stop by 2 minutes walk, the national train station by 20 minutes walk. German border is 5 kilometres from the house by car. There are supermarkets and shopping malls, a hospital, a pharmacist, a park, swimming pool, sports center in walking distance. The house is a triplex with three guest rooms, a bathroom and a toilet, a kitchen, a living room and a garden. The kitchen, the living room and a toilet are on the first floor. The guest rooms( two with double beds, one with single bed), the bathroom and a toilet are on the second floor. In each room there is a smoke alarm, central heating, a wardrobe. The rooms are cleaned and disinfected incase of covid-19 before and after the arrivals. In the kitchen, there are all the electrical kitchen devices and all utencils are in use for everyone. All guests are free to have limitless coffee and tea. In the living room there are two sofas and a tv which has a satelite serving all the Asian and Europian channels in every language. There is an active fire place in the living room where you can have relaxing warm hours next to it during winter time. It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and in the guest rooms. But there is a smoking area in the garden. Pets are not allowed. The neighbourhood is quite safe and there are plenty of parking spaces around and in front of the house. I can pick you up from the train station when you arrive in town or I can give you a ride and acompany for a city tour only if I am available.
