EL TRASTERO" Penthouse, cozy, bright and quiet

A cozy, bright and quiet penthouse 5 minutes by car from downtown Salamanca. Very easy access since it is located on the same road to Madrid, next to CCTormes and with an urban bus stop next to the house. No parking problem and with the advantage of having cafes, pharmacies, supermarket, park... and all kinds of services nearby. Ideal for families and small groups of friends. Terrace with excellent views. I allow pets, at a cost of 5 euros per day each. The space Santa Marta is a great quiet town and close to Salamanca. The Tormes River is a stone's throw from the apartment, where you can take a relaxed walk, plus there are excellent tapas bars just across the street. Also a children's park that can be seen from the terrace. Other things to note When checking in, I would appreciate it if you could fill out the information sheet so that I can keep the Castilla y León board's record as a tourist home.
