Finished with authentic art deco furnishings. The generous studio gives guests ample space to relax and unwind, with a comfortable double bed, easy chair and television. This room comes complete with wardrobe, dressing table, and a table with chairs for dining or working. There is also a single futon bed which can be used for a child only. A separate door leads to a kitchenette providing basic essentials for cooking, including a single electric hob, microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware. *Please note there is no washing machine but there is a laundrette nearby. Through the kitchen is a separate door to a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. We can also provide a travel cot or highchair but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay. PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £200 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY & THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £56. The studio is on the first floor and accessed by stairs. • Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival. • Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building. • All properties are non-smoking • There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. • A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay. • For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies
