Charming house in the heart of Perche

Charming early 19th century property surrounded by a garden and situated in a calm and well-preserved environment. Hiking paths close by. A chance to take advantage of the wonderful environment and the Perche natural regional park. The space 6/7 rooms (160m2) including 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms: one with bathtub, the other with a shower, 2 toilets. A large TV lounge area with table football on the first floor. A well-equipped kitchen/dining room with a fireplace and a lounge on the ground floor. A beautiful garden, you will find hiking trails, forests and pretty little villages nearby. The wifi works very well, it's fiber. There is an office space which allows teleworking, on request we can add another office in order to have 2 work spaces. As it is an old house with very thick walls, in the event of high heat in summer the ground floor remains relatively cool. Guest access Ideally located 1.5 hours southwest of Paris, 2 hours from the Loire castles and 1 hour from Le Mans or Chartres, the region awaits you for numerous outdoor activities: golf (Souncé au Perche or Bellême), cycling, hiking or horse riding as well as beautiful cultural and gastronomic visits...... I will not be there to welcome you, I will give you by telephone the various instructions concerning the house as well as advice for the surrounding area.
