The space Our vacation home is located in an unobstructed location in the countryside directly on the Kremper Rhin. The house (built in 1909) was lovingly restored, completely renovated and modernized in 2015. 110 square meters of living space are divided into 2 levels, 1500 square meters of garden for exclusive use. On the first floor is the large living room (30 square meters) as well as the kitchen-living room with dining area (14 square meters) and a modern full bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed (100 x 200 cm) and cozy armchairs. A professional soccer table invites you to play and relax. Books and games are available to combat boredom. A modern Samsung (127 cm) "Full HD" plasma TV with integrated DVB-T/C tuner, DVD player and stereo system with iPod connection provide entertainment. The large and cozy kitchen is the ideal place for cooking, eating and chatting. It is fully equipped with built-in stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer compartment, blender, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and much more. Pots and pans as well as extensive cooking utensils invite you to cook. The beautiful porcelain dishes are a feast for the eyes. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with shower, a toilet and sink with large shelf as well as the washing machine, ironing board and iron. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant wellness atmosphere On the 2nd floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a modern shower room. The bedroom on the left has 2 single beds (90 × 200 cm), a chest of drawers and mirror as well as a clothes rail. In the bedroom on the right there is a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers, a mirror and a walk-in wardrobe. In both bedrooms, comfortable rocking chairs invite you to enjoy the view over the marsh and the large garden. In the bathroom there is a modern shower with rain and hand shower, toilet and sink. The adjacent shed (access from the house and the terrace) can be used for storing bicycles. In addition, the house has a carport and a large shed for storing bicycles. The large garden with its own terrace and additional barbecue area as well as river access is available for our guests for exclusive use. Hiking and biking trails are right at the property. Particularly suitable for vacations with smaller children, as the large garden offers enough space to romp. With the paddle boat you can paddle on the Rhine directly to Glückstadt. On the terrace there are chairs and a table, four sun loungers and a swing lounger are available for sunbathing. You can barbecue and eat in the separate barbecue area in the garden.
