The space The two-level family apartment at Ktima Kypri accommodates up to 5 guests and is perfect for families or small groups looking for space, comfort, and a natural setting. It features a fireplace and a large private sunny terrace with beautiful sea views, where you can enjoy your meals or relax outdoors. An outdoor shower is also available — ideal after a day at the beach. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped for preparing breakfast and meals. If anything is missing, feel free to ask. We also provide free access to a washing machine. The apartment is located on the ground floor with private parking on the same level, making it easily accessible for luggage or strollers. Guest access The whole apatment is private. Other things to note Please let us know your arrival and departure times to help us plan ahead. We follow official hygiene protocols. Linen and towels are changed every 3 nights, unless otherwise requested for environmental reasons. Tap water is not drinkable. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Please respect the quiet hours posted in the common areas. Undeclared guests are not permitted to stay in the apartment. Please do not throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl.
