Come enjoy our 4,880 square foot home, which offers everything your family and friends need for a memorable vacation. The main living area has a large open-concept floor plan, vaulted ceiling, and designer furniture which together provide a luxurious and comfortable room for large gatherings, game playing, and creating family memories. When making a decision to book please understand that you are entering into a "Rental Agreement." This agreement is located in the AirBnB "House Rules" section. The space You may not want to cook on vacation but if you decide to you won’t be disappointed. Our home is equipped with a top-of-the-line Wolf gas range with dual stacked burners & griddle that ensures precise power & control. The Wolf convection oven generates "moist heat" that’s perfect for baking. The Sub-Zero refrigerator & freezer include vacuum-sealed doors & an internal air purification system. The kitchen also includes a large granite-topped island, and the dining area, which includes floor to ceiling cabinets, easily accommodates large family meals and celebrations: the large table seats ten, and the Island and counter seat an additional seven. The outdoor dining table easily accommodates another six. Large windows let in plenty of light and provide breathtaking, tranquil views across the lake to the Pine Mountain Lake Marina. Better still, large first and second-floor covered patios let you enjoy the outdoors while relaxing on the patio furniture, or barbequing in the shade. When you need some privacy it’s easy to escape - the four large bedrooms each have their own private bathroom with granite counter tops and deluxe Grohe multi-head shower systems. Visiting in the winter? The fireplace in main living area provides a warm and comfortable lodge-like experience. All together perfect for a Spa-like retreat. When you’re ready to enjoy the lake, you’ll have your own easily-accessible private dock and plenty of water toys: we include one double kayak, two single kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, life vests to fit from infant to extra-large, and numerous inflatable toys. If you’re ready to hit the beach, head to the Marina where your kids can play in the sand, swim, play volleyball, or order food and ice cream. Ready to rest after a busy day kayaking on the lake or hiking in the world-famous Yosemite Valley? Both the upstairs and downstairs offer spacious leather couches and entertainment centers that include large screen TV's and DVD players. A collection of over 400 DVDs is included to appeal to all age groups. Prefer to watch a movie on your own room? Two of the bedrooms also have their own entertainment centers with large screen TV’s. If your group is restless but tired of being outside we have a large, lake-level open floorplan game room, including entertainment center, ping pong table, and bar. All in all, the home is wonderfully decorated, inviting and fully equipped for your stay. As one of our guests stated, our space is “large and spacious, very well equipped, family friendly, and all around a wonderful place to stay and enjoy all that the lake has to offer." Guest access As guests to Pine Mountain Lake, you will be able to enjoy many amenities including: lake swimming, boating, golfing, horse-back riding, tennis, fishing, and swimming in the community pool. In addition to the water toys that we offer, you can rent fishing equipment, paddle boats, sail boats, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards at the Marina by the hour or day. Boat rentals are seasonal and available on specific holiday weekends so please check with Pine Mountain Lake Marina if you are visiting anytime other than June to August. Pine Mountain Lake prohibits guests from bringing their own power boats, sailboats, kayaks and canoes. All areas of our home are accessible except for the garage and a couple of owner’s closets. Pine Mountain Lake Association charges each guest a one-time vehicle entrance fee of $40.00 per vehicle (amount subject to change). The security entrance is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.. Please pay the attendant upon your arrival. No person(s) will be permitted without us authorizing their entrance. Other things to note “Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. These advise Californians to avoid travelling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick.” Teenagers need more bathrooms? In addition to four en suite full bathrooms, our house is equipped with two powder rooms, one on each floor, so no one should ever be waiting in line! Didn’t pack enough clothes?
