Do you want to get away from the city / urban area's? At our vacation residence, you will find rest, nature and fresh air. Near the house is a swimming pond and play ground, thus a good place for families with younger kids. The house had a reconstruction in 2010 & has all basic needs for a perfect holiday, either if you want to relax or be active, everything is possible. Well behaving dogs are welcome. Note: if you look for a place at walking distance to shops and restaurants, this is not it The space This vacation residence is situated in the beautiful village of Sebecice in the Czech Republic just in between the capital (45min drive) Prague and beer city of Pilsen (30 min drive). In a radius of 35 km you can find several castles and (historical) attractions for sightseeing. In the winter time we charge costs for heating seperately. The house has electrical heating, so at arrival we write down the the reading of the electra meter, as well as at departure and the usage will be charged seperately. The village has a Swimming pond (5min walk) with natural water from the forest (we have an inflatable kiddy pool at the house). At the swimming pond is a trampoline and there is a tennis court (available to use for free by the public). At 1 km of the vacation residence in Biskoupky is a restaurant which is opened from Tuesday till Sunday, they have traditional Czech cuisine and they make large and tasty steaks for really good prices. Other good restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. The area around Sebecice is great for cyclists, mountainbikers and hikers (Sebecice is right next to a large forest). There are 3 golf courts within a radius of 35 km. Supermarkets within a 10min drive of which one is also open on Sundays. Guest access 1 full floor, with living room, bathroom with toilet, second toilet, 2 bed rooms (one master bed room). Other things to note Kid friendly. Properly raised dogs are welcome (the yard is confined so dogs can't flee).
