Welcome to a spacious, open-plan, self-contained annex. Relax in comfort. Chill out or dine in your own beautiful private, enclosed garden overlooking open fields. Explore the many attractions - coastal beaches, city shopping, castles & countryside walks. Dine at Sleafords' many restaurants, pubs or have a take-away delivered. You’ll be spoilt for choice! Ideal for 1 or 2 guests. 1 infant welcomed. Breakfast included - cereals, pancakes & bread for toasting. Tea, coffee & milk provided. The space A well stocked kichenette, ideal for reheating prepared meals or relaxing with a take-away & a glass of wine. Includes microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Washing up facilities; used crockery is placed in the washing up box , if left outside your front door the 'washing-up fairy' returns it sparkling clean! Take-away deliveries welcome. 1 off-road private parking space included. No wi-fi on the premises. There is a smart TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. The lounge, dining area & kitchenette are open planned and spacious. French windows in the lounge open onto the patio which is private, enclosed & overlooks open countryside. Generous bedroom with French windows looks out onto the garden. Plenty of space to accommodate the travel cot on request. Shower room & WC are both seperate. One infant 0-2 years welcome - a travel cot with breathable mattress (bedding not provided), toys & a highchair is available on request. Guest access Guests parking is located to the right of the main house (in front of blue gates). The drive will accommodate one large car or a VW transporter sized vehicle. We can provide parking for two cars if requested in advance. You will be given your own key at check-in and then free to come and go as you please. The annex is located in the garden, through the brick arch at the side of the house. The annex is independent of the main house. The garden path to the annex has no steps for anyone with limited mobility to navigate. There is a small step at the front door. Please see the photographs displayed on our 'Accessibility' page. Early luggage drop-off or collection, on the day of arrival or departure, is available via prior arrangement. Other things to note Our friendly, well-behaved house dog will be happy to meet you, but please let us know if dogs aren't your thing!
