Lake house with your own boat

A cosy house with room for many, it has a large kitchen with pool table adjacent to the living room. On the outside you will find two terraces with barbecue facilities and a large lovely lawn. The house is located in a quiet and nice area by the lake in Åmotfors. Just below the house there is a small motorboat that you can use and a few minutes further away there is also a bathing area. It is walking distance to grocery store, pizzeria, pub and restaurant. 7 km away there is a golf course. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house plus a boat by the lake below the house.
