House on the Radau
Haus an der Radau
House with 3 bedrooms
Description
You will live in a quiet, simple but cozy semi-detached house with 80 m² of living space, garden and access to the river Radau. The house also has a parking space. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and baby cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed. The ground floor contains the kitchen, living room and a dining room. The bathroom is located in the basement. Ideal for families with children. The space The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans so that you can cook normally here. The stove has an oven, and the fridge-freezer combination also holds frozen food. A coffee machine, kettle and microwave are also available. In the bathroom, next to the large sink, there is a bathtub with a partition, so you can also shower. A separate shower is provided in the laundry room. Guest access Ideal in times of Corona: the house and garden are a closed area. You don't necessarily have contact with other people. Apart from two basement rooms for my personal belongings, you use the fully furnished house. This is ideal for long-term guests. Contactless check-in is possible on request. Other things to note The house is located on a traffic-calmed street, so you have very quiet nights. You can sit comfortably in the garden and, for example, barbecue or simply enjoy the good weather. Garden chairs are available. I would like to point out that the city of Bad Harzburg levies a tourism tax of €2.60 per adult per night. The total amount is included in the travel price. On the list of the most popular tourist cities in Germany, Bad Harzburg ranks 36th place out of 585 cities (study by the municipal magazine 'Kommunal' and Regio Contor). Among other things, the number and occupancy of guest beds as well as leisure activities in general were evaluated. The good transport connection is certainly also important for the popularity of the spa town. The vacation home is located in the district of Bündheim conveniently to the A369 (B4) and the B6, so you can reach the Upper Harz (Torfhaus with hiking trail to the Brocken, the Okertal), Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg as well as Wolfenbüttel and Braunschweig very quickly.
