Cottage with a 16-square-meter terrace, fully tiled, featuring outdoor furniture, a storage chest, and a lounge chair. Direct access to the parking lot in the secure residence, but no assigned parking space. You’ll have access to a small electric grill and a small beach umbrella. Inside, you’ll find a main room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, electric kettle, and a sandwich maker). A small bedroom downstairs with bunk beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. One TV downstairs and one upstairs (TNT channels only) On the mezzanine, a 140-size bed (new mattress) and a small sofa. The house is next to the oyster farms, and within walking distance you’ll find local shops (butcher, grocery store, variety store, laundromat, restaurant… all in the neighboring naturist village).
