Villa Moya is a charming property with stunning sea views, located in Cala Mayor The space Villa Moya is a beautiful and recently renovated property with stunning sea views, located in Cala Mayor, one of the most charming residential and touristic neighborhoods of Palma de Mallorca. The house has been completely refurbished with great attention to detail, combining Mediterranean style with modern comfort. Inside, the main floor features three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there is an independent apartment with a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a private terrace, ideal for enjoying privacy and wonderful sea views. The property is equipped with a large smart TV with international channels, air conditioning in every room and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Outside, guests can enjoy a small private pool, several solarium areas with comfortable sofas and hammocks, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea – the perfect setting to relax or spend long summer evenings with family and friends. Please note that Villa Moya is a penthouse property and can only be accessed via 60 steps. The staircase is comfortable and well lit, but may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or very heavy luggage. The villa is located just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mayor and 7 km from the center of Palma. The Real Bendinat Golf Club is 3.6 km away, and the Son Vida Golf Club is 7.8 km away. Palma de Mallorca airport is approximately 20 minutes by car (19 km). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement before entering the property. In accordance with the Balearic Government regulations, a Sustainable Tourism Tax applies to all guests staying in tourist accommodations. The rate during the high season (from April to October) is €2.20 per day per adult (16+) for the first eight days, and €1.10 per day per adult for the remaining days. From November to March, all amounts are reduced by half. This tax will be collected upon arrival. In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests must register their personal data before arrival. The host will provide a link to complete this simple online registration process. Failure to comply with this legal requirement may result in cancellation of the contract and the impossibility to access the property. Registration Details ETV/8182
