Here you will have the option to stay on the Riveira de São Lourenço beach (5-minute walk) or opt for a totally native beach: Itaguaré. The neighborhood has a market, pizzeria, bakery and other shops. However, within a 10-minute drive you will be in Riveira de São Lourenço. We're waiting for you! The space We hope you enjoy the newly renovated townhouse! In addition to being well ventilated, it is spacious. The house has: TV room (Netflix and Amazon Prime), 1 en-suite with air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with air-conditioning and the other bedroom with a ceiling fan; 20mb Wi-Fi, full kitchen, barbecue grill, large yard, hammock and garage for 2 cars. We can accommodate up to 11 people, including children. Guest access The shops are close to the house. And São Lourenço beach is a 5-minute walk. Other things to note We are following all cleaning and prevention protocols for Covid-19 suggested by Airbnb. For this reason, we are not providing bed linens or towels. We suggest you bring these personal belongings. We don't allow pets. As it is a family neighborhood, we suggest not playing loud music after 10 p.m.
